Basic Service Refund Conditions
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your bandwidth service within 7 days from the purchase date, we will refund the cost of your order. No refunds for services will be given after the 7 day period. Refunds can only be issued to the account that payment was made from.
- Customers that have been given a refund will not be excepted for reconnection for any Telly Connect services, this includes Telly Connect resellers worldwide, regardless of time passed.
- Request to Telly Connect to Release MAC addresses and or IP addresses on the network for customers who have received a refund will be rejected.
- Cost incurred for making the refund will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
