All items are sent recorded delivery; this will mean someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for your item. If you have requested a Post Room for delivery please make sure they are happy to sign for the delivery on your behalf.

Once you order has been posted we will send you confirmation and a tracking number so you can keep a close eye on were your order is. 

Returns Procedure
It is essential that you contact us at tellyconnecthelp@gmail.com before returning any goods to receive a Returns Authorisation number and returns address. One of our friendly Telly Connect engineer will discuss the problems with you and decide what the best action to take to resolve the problem. In addition to this policy you should also refer to our general Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Delivery Times

Worldwide Shipping - Snail Mail
At Telly Connect we setup and test every product before we send it out. Once it passes our strict quality control we will ship the item as fast as possible to you. However postal services in other countries are not as good as in the UK for speed of delivery, Spain being one of them. Rest of World delivery's can take some time for remote countries. We use Royal Mail Services for all delivery's.

 Returns and Cancelling goods (IPTV STB's) - Implement by the Consumer Rights Directive EU

  • RMA number - You must include the RMA number inside your package
  • You must have tried to resolve the issue by contacting us (raise an issue at tellyconnecthelp@gmail.com) and every effort to solve the problem.
  • Your right to cancel - Your right to cancel an order for goods (MAG boxes) starts the moment you place your order and ends 7 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 7 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
  • Your right to a refund - Under the new Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations October 2000 you have the unconditional right to cancel an order. The law says that:
  • You must inform them within seven (7) working days starting with the day on which they are delivered.
  • You must ensure that you take reasonable care of goods and return them.
  • We must refund the money as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receiving written notice of your decision to cancel and the good returned
  • We normally refund within 7 days of Telly Connect getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner. All goods returned remain your responsibility until signed for by ourselves. You are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. Telly Connect will only accept products that are in a "Resellable Condition". Products must be returned to us with all items included in the original sale including manuals, cables, disks and any free software items. Any goods returned for credit or replacement must be in original product packaging in a suitable condition- no writing or stickers on the manufacturers box and packed securely inside an outer box. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary, or missing documentation or remotes.
  • Refunding the cost of delivery if you change your mind -  Under the new Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations October 2000 Telly Connect will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service e.g guaranteed next day, we only have to refund the basic cost.
  • The warranty - Warranty does not apply to any unit that has been subject to neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, incorrect connection or that has been subject to repair or alteration not authorised or undertaken by Telly Connect personnel.
  • Faulty units - All faulty unit/s must be returned to Telly Connect for repair or replacement. If the units is proven faulty then we will refund the postage back. However if the units is found to be faulty postage will not be refunded. Postage cost for replacement unit/s is paid by us. Having a replacement unit the warranty is regarded 12 months from the date of the original purchase.

Service Refunds - Implement by the Consumer Rights Directive in the EU

  • Your right to cancel the service - If you can cancel the service purchase within 14 days from the purchase date, providing you HAVE NOT accessed the service at any point within this time frame (please see below). Telly Connect will reimburse money received from you within a period of 14 days of being notified by you in writing. Refunds will be given minus any cost made by payment provider for the refund.
  • Accessing the content - Once you have or started to access the service/content - by downloading, streaming or otherwise, you can no longer withdraw from the service and request a refund. We strongly recommend taking a Free trail where available before making a purchase for any services.
  • Making a purchase within this site - By making and confirming (acknowledge) a purchase of a service within the Telly Connect site you are excepting the service starts straightaway, hence you have opted to have the service provided in full within 14 days. This means the right to cancel is lost during the cancellation period as the service is provided in full before the 14 days elapses as under EU consumer rights directive.
  • Incompatibility of hardware and software - Services will only work on MAG254/250 and 257 IPTV STB units.
  • Geographical restrictions - Some service have geographical restrictions. Please check this before making a purchase.
  • Your right to a service refund - No refunds for services if you have opted to have the service provided in full within 14 days  This means the right to cancel is lost during the cancellation period if the service is provided in full before the 14 days elapses.
Non re-connection policy

Customers that has requested and received a refund for services will not be excepted for re-connection to any further services, regardless of time passed. This applies to all excising and new services. Any payments revived from customer that have had a refund will have there payment returned minus an admin charge of €1.50.
